IMART L.L.C-FZ provides digital marketing services including but not limited to social media marketing, PPC advertising, SEO services, web design, email marketing, and other related services as described on our website.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice or liability.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information as required for the services
  • Respond to requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Ensure that all content provided to us complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

4. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of IMART L.L.C-FZ and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

For client projects, ownership of deliverables will be as specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, IMART L.L.C-FZ retains ownership of all methodologies, processes, and know-how used in the creation of deliverables.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be as specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees.

We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances until payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMART L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
